The Challenge

Fabric Textile Products relied on a manual process to generate product artwork files using Adobe Illustrator EPS templates, product images, backgrounds, and spreadsheet data.

 

For every new product variation, the team had to manually update templates, place the correct images, apply product information from CSV files, and export the final EPS artwork.

 

As the number of products increased, the process became:

How We Helped

We developed a custom Adobe Illustrator automation solution that transformed the entire workflow into a simple, user-friendly process.

 

The automation allows users to select:

 

  • An EPS template file
  • A folder containing product images and backgrounds
  • A CSV file containing product data
  • An output folder

 

Once started, the system automatically reads the CSV data, analyzes the template structure, matches the required assets, populates the artwork, and generates all final EPS files without manual intervention.

 

The completed files are then exported directly into the selected output folder, ready for production.
